Ice & Breath - a powerful start to your weekend

Start your Saturday with breathwork in the yurt, followed by a group ice bath and free sauna session. A ritual of cold, heat and breath to begin your weekend fresh and in balance.

  • First Saturday of the month — with Rommert

Connected Breathing: a continuous breathing rhythm with no pause between the inhale and the exhale. The technique helps you release tension and calm your nervous system. Afterwards you can join the ice bath for extra recovery and mental strength.

What to bring
Swimwear, flip-flops, two towels, warm clothes for the breathwork.
Optional: bathrobe, water bottle, padlock for the locker.

How to prepare
Drink plenty of water and eat something light beforehand. Tea, infused waters and snacks are waiting for you afterwards.

Is this your thing?
For anyone who wants more energy, less stress and greater mental resilience. The breathwork brings you down, the ice bath gives you a powerful boost, and the sauna lets you unwind.

Good to know: the ice bath and sauna are a pleasant and healthy experience for most people. If you're pregnant, or have a heart condition, epilepsy or high blood pressure, or take medication that affects your body temperature, please check with your doctor before joining.
