Sauna & Yin
Sunday evening unwind
We begin with Yin Yoga in the yurt. In this slow form of yoga you hold each posture for longer, which helps release tension and settle your nervous system. Then you move on to the Saunagus Reset: two guided Aufguss rounds in which heat, scent and rhythm deepen the relaxation. A calm start to your week — and exactly what you need for a good night's sleep.
What to bring
Swimwear, flip-flops, two towels (one to sit on, one to dry off).
Optional: bathrobe, water bottle, padlock for the locker.
How to prepare
Tea, infused waters and small snacks are ready for you. Drink plenty of water beforehand and eat something light.
Is this your thing?
If you like calm, warmth and moving at your own pace — unwinding in silence, or chatting around the campfire.
Good to know: the sauna is a pleasant and healthy experience for most people. If you're pregnant, or have a heart condition or high blood pressure, or take medication that affects your body temperature, please check with your doctor.
