Dankjewellness is a place to slow down, warm up, cool off and run into each other. We share it with one another and with the nature around us. These agreements apply every visit, to everyone.
Swimwear is required at all times: in every sauna, bath and space, during every session.
1. Respect the peace
We offer both silent and social sauna sessions. During silent sessions, please keep complete silence. In the social sauna you're welcome to talk, but keep it low — the person next to you may be after some peace.
2. No phone zone
Leave your phone, smartwatch and other screens outside the sauna, or store them in a locker. No photos or filming in the saunas, at the baths or in the changing rooms. This is a space to be fully present.
3. Body positivity & inclusivity
4. Hygiene first
5. Let nature do its work
Please skip heavy perfume, make-up, body lotion and sunscreen in the sauna and hot tub. It keeps the water and the air clean for everyone. Leave metal jewellery at home too — it gets hot.
6. Heat and cold: stay mindful
7. Sharing is caring
8. Embrace the social side
In our social sauna, friendly interaction is encouraged! Start a conversation if it feels natural. But read the room: if someone is clearly turned inward, let them be. If anything makes you uncomfortable, speak to a host. That's what we're here for.
9. We're guests in nature
This is a protected city park with abundant birdlife, and we're lucky to be here. That asks something of us:
10. Leave it better than you found it
Tidy your space, return what you borrowed, and leave it ready for the next person. Not sure about something? Just ask a host.
Thank you for helping us keep this a place worth coming back to.
