Our House Rules
We expect all visitors to respect the house rules. Those who fail to do so may be asked to leave without compensation. Disruptive behaviour, both verbal and non-verbal, as well as intimate physical contact, is not allowed. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove visitors who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who engage in inappropriate or unacceptable behaviour. Sex, violence, and drug use will not be tolerated and may result in legal action. Dankjewellness is a place of peace, respect, and connection.
Booking & Cancellation
Reservations are required and can be made online. If you cancel your booking before 48 hours before the start of the reservation, you will receive the full amount of your booking in credit on your account. For cancellations between 48 and 24 hours before your booking, you will receive 50% of your paid amount back in credit.
Liability
Using the sauna is at your own risk, as is cooling down in water and storing personal belongings in the changing area. Dankjewellness is not liable for any damage, loss, or theft. We are only liable for direct damage caused by intent or deliberate recklessness on our part. Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to Dankjewellness or third parties. This includes violating house rules, damaging property, or negligence when leaving the sauna. Any costs incurred, including repairs or extra cleaning, will be recovered from the guest.
Membership Duration & Renewal:
- The membership is valid for an initial 3-month period.
- After the initial 3-month term, the membership will automatically convert to a monthly subscription unless canceled.
- Members can cancel their membership at any time after the initial 3-month period with a 30-day notice before the next billing cycle.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through the member portal.
