Sauna & Yin Yoga
Every Sunday, 18:00-20:30
Two rounds of sauna, followed by an hour of yin yoga.
Gentle movement, deep relaxation. A wonderful way to end your week, leaving you refreshed and ready for Monday.
Ice & Breath
Each 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month, 10:00-12:00
Breathwork, ice bath training and sauna in one session.
Powerful, refreshing, and a perfect reset for your weekend.
Friday Braaiday
Each last Friday of the month, 18:00-21:00
3 hours of sauna, ice bath, hot tub, fire and some tasty food from the braai (BBQ).
With a drink, tea, and some snacks. Social, warm, and relaxed.
Full Moon Ritual
Every full moon, 18:30-21:30
An evening to pause and reflect. A different theme each month.
With cacao, breath, sauna and fire.
